This project aimed to modernize as well as increase storage in the Graham Resource Center. It required detailed modelling of lower Crown Hall. The aim was to also provide a community-driven space where students can have more space and the librarian can be given a more private designated office, while not increasing and taking over other parts of Crown Hall.

The reference of the House of Wisdom in Sharjah by Foster+Partners was used as inspiration to increase the storage of books on the West side of the library.
